Typically 7–10 business days after proof approval and deposit. Rush is possible when the calendar allows — contact us early if you have a ceremony or event date driving the deadline. For repeat programs where we are warehousing printed inventory, fulfillment from stock can happen in days.

Yes. Variable data printing lets us run individual names, IDs, or department codes on each piece within the same production run — no separate setup per name. Yes. Cracked coatings, peeling logos, faded prints that did not hold on stainless — send us photos and the original spec. We can usually quote a replacement run on proper substrate with UV rotary and have it back in 7–10 business days.
