Corporate & Retail Drinkware
Custom Corporate Drinkware That Survives the Brand-Guidelines Review
Branded drinkware that matches your brand book, holds color across reorders, and doesn't peel two months in.
Corporate drinkware projects are easy to start and hard to get right. The Pantone doesn't match. The logo peels after a few dishwasher runs. The reorder looks different from the first run. The coating scratches and the tumbler reads trashed within weeks.
We run a UV rotary production floor in Jupiter, Florida, and most of the corporate work that comes through our facility is either a first-time program that needs to land right, or a rescue job from a program that didn't. This page is for the people buying that work.
Who This Page Serves
Four Buying Situations, One Set of Concerns
Brand fidelity, durability at scale, and the project actually arriving right.
You're running an internal program
Onboarding kits, work-anniversary gifts, holiday drinkware, culture merch. The logo needs to match the brand book exactly. The tumbler needs to still look new after a year on someone's desk. You don't want to be the person who signed off on a batch that peels.
You're buying client gifts or sales enablement
Executive gifts, conference giveaways, customer-appreciation sends. The piece is a proxy for your brand in someone else's hand. A faded or scratched tumbler is worse than no tumbler.
You're running a trade show or corporate event
Multi-SKU giveaways, rush production on a fixed calendar, potentially multi-location shipping. You need a facility that can hold a schedule and hit color under pressure.
You're a retail or private-label brand
Sellable drinkware as product, wholesale runs, SKU counts that grow. You need consistent color across reorders and durability the end customer won't return. Agencies reselling to end clients can also look at contract printing.
All four share the same failure patterns, and the same fix.
Failure Patterns
What Goes Wrong With Corporate Drinkware Projects
We see the same handful of failures, and they trace back to the decoration method — not bad luck. The pattern matters because it tells you what to avoid on the next order.
Peeling prints on stainless tumblers
The dominant failure mode on corporate work. It comes from decorators that ran the wrong method — either screen printing with inks not rated for the substrate, or screen printing without the surface prep the stainless needed. The print looks fine on delivery and lets go a few dishwasher cycles in.
Sublimation coating failures
Sublimation is a dye printed into a polymer coating, not ink laid on the cup. When the coating scratches, the image goes with it. When the cup sits in sun, the dyes fade. Outdoor events, hotel lobbies, retail displays — UV exposure eats sublimated art faster than buyers expect.
Color drift across reorders
Screen-print decorators hand-mix pigment every job. Two runs from the same decorator don't match each other exactly, which is a real problem if your brand guardian is checking against the brand book. Your logo literally won't match last quarter's.
Hard color-count ceilings
Screen printing on tumblers has a practical 5-color cap (industrial rigs can push 6) because of registration and press capacity. Multi-color corporate logos, gradients, and photographic art often can't be screen-printed at all without compromising the design.
Brand-compliance misses on Pantone
Out-of-gamut colors — metallics, neons, some deep blues — are edge cases on any digital or screen process. Decorators that don't flag this up front ship a print that looks "close enough" to them and wrong to your brand team.
This is what rescue work looks like. We get these calls routinely. The fix is the method, not the decorator's effort.
The Method
Why UV Rotary Printing Is the Right Method for Corporate Work
UV rotary printing is a digital process — CMYK + white + clear varnish laid directly onto the curved surface of the cup, cured with UV light in seconds. It's the method we run for nearly every corporate project that comes through our facility, and it's the method buyers switch to after a failed program.
Pantone accuracy on a digital system
Color is controlled digitally, not hand-mixed. Reorder three to reorder one looks like reorder one. We'll flag any Pantones that sit outside what a CMYK-plus-white system can render — metallics, out-of-gamut neons, and a few deep blues are honest edge cases on any digital rig, not just ours.
Unlimited colors and photo-quality output
No 5-color cap. CMYK + white + varnish means gradients, photographs, multi-color logos, tiny text — all at 1200 dpi, all in one pass.
No screen setup fees
Screen printers charge $25–$50 per screen per color as the published industry range (sometimes higher). Across a multi-color, multi-SKU corporate program, those fees add up before the first piece runs. On UV rotary there are no screens to burn. Digital file, direct to cup.
Single-pass adhesion — no transfer film
UV ink polymerizes onto the substrate under UV light. There's no transfer paper, no polymer coating, no film edges waiting to lift. That removes the failure mode sublimation and some DTF processes are prone to.
Scale-friendly from 50 pieces to multi-thousand runs
Our minimum is 50 pieces per design, the same threshold that applies across our UV rotary work. We run corporate programs from short-run executive gifts up to multi-thousand-unit trade show programs on the same rig.
Durability on UV rotary holds up where buyers have been burned: manufacturer-validated to 500+ dishwasher cycles, a tumbler in our facility that's been run through a commercial dishwasher every day for 18+ months with zero peel, fade, or scratch-through, and ASTM D3359 5B — the top tape-adhesion grade — consistently on our QC tests.
Substrates We Run for Corporate Work
Most corporate drinkware programs we produce are stainless. The rest is glassware and rigid plastic.
Stainless tumblers
Powder-coated and raw. This is the bulk of our corporate work: double-wall insulated tumblers, bottles, wine tumblers, and travel mugs.
Glass
Pint glasses, growlers, wine and beer bottles, mason jars. Common for client-gift programs and retail SKUs.
Rigid plastic
Sports bottles, stadium cups, acrylic tumblers. Common on event and trade show programs where weight and cost matter.
Shape and Size Limits
If your substrate is outside this set, ask us. We'll tell you straight whether UV rotary is the right call for that piece or point you to a method that is.

Brand Compliance
How We Catch Misses Before the Run
Brand-compliance failure is the most common reason corporate buyers get called into a meeting they didn't want. Our process is built to catch the misses before the run, not after.
-
1
File intake and Pantone review
We check your art file for resolution, color space, bleed, and placement. We flag any Pantones that sit outside the CMYK + white gamut before you approve anything — no surprises on the delivery.
-
2
Digital proof on your actual product
You see a lifelike mockup on the specific tumbler, bottle, or glass we'll be running. Not a generic template.
-
3
Pre-production sample
For corporate programs we produce a physical sample on the real substrate before the full run. You approve the sample in-hand, then we run.
-
4
Brand-guideline review on request
If you send a brand book, we'll match placement, clear-space, and minimum-size rules to spec.
-
5
QC on every run
Adhesion check on a sample from the run. Visual inspection across the full batch. Anything that doesn't pass gets reprinted on our dime.
Capabilities
What Corporate Buyers Ask About
Minimum order
50 pieces per design, the same threshold we run across our UV rotary work.
Typical turnaround
7–10 business days after proof approval for a standard 500-unit run. Larger multi-SKU programs may stretch longer — we'll flag it on the quote.
Rush production
Yes, we accept rush orders. Additional costs are calculated based on the timeline and product procurement logistics on our end. Reach out with your deadline and we'll let you know what's possible.
Volume pricing
We run tiered volume pricing that scales with run size. Share your quantity and we'll quote the right tier.
NET-30 / vendor setup
First-time clients order on COD (cash on delivery). After a first order, we set up NET-30 terms for ongoing programs. We can onboard as a vendor if your procurement team needs it — just ask during the quote.
Multi-location drop-ship
Yes. We already drop-ship multi-location programs for other clients — case-by-case or to individual addresses. Shipping cost varies by destination count and freight class; we itemize it on the quote.
Variable-data runs
Names, numbers, event dates, unique codes per piece — yes, UV rotary handles per-piece variation without slowing the line. Useful for onboarding kits and sales-enablement programs where each recipient gets their name.
Rescue Work
What Rescue Work Actually Looks Like
We take rescue calls routinely. The pattern is consistent: a corporate buyer orders through another decorator, the print fails within weeks, they eat the cost of the original order, then they come to us to have it redone. It's enough of the work we do that we treat it as a standard intake, not an exception.
Send us the original spec, the art file, and a photo of the failure. We'll quote the re-run in UV rotary on a properly prepped substrate and usually have the replacement back in the same turnaround as a fresh order. Failure gets attributed to the method, not to any named decorator — no customer names, no brands, no competitors called out.
For the underlying method comparison, see UV printing vs laser engraving.
