Screen printing lays ceramic ink and heat-fires it into the glass at high temperature — durable, but limited to simple spot-color artwork and requires screens for each color. UV rotary prints full-color digital artwork, including photography and fine gradient detail, and cures on-press with UV light. No screens, no color count limits, same commercial-grade durability when the glass is prepped correctly.
What file formats do you need for our logo or artwork?

Vector preferred (AI, EPS, PDF). 300 dpi PNG or TIFF works too if it's the original source, not a JPEG pulled from the web. We'll convert and proof — if the file can't hold detail at glass scale, you'll see that on the proof before production, not after.
Can you rescue a failed order from another decorator?

Yes, and we do it often. Peeling screen prints, yellowing sublimation, cracked coatings, labels lifting off bar glassware — send us photos and the original spec. We can usually quote a replacement run on proper substrate with UV rotary and have it back in 7–10 business days.
