Yes. Digital UV pulls color from a file, not a hand-mixed ink bucket, so reorder #5 matches reorder #1. We flag any Pantone that lives outside the CMYK + white gamut on the first proof so nothing ships off-brand.

Yes. We sign mutual NDAs for agency and reseller partnerships. Send us your standard form or use ours. We will not disclose the relationship, feature the work, or contact your end client.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?

Vector preferred (AI, EPS, PDF). 300 dpi PNG or TIFF works when it's the original source, not a JPEG pulled from a website. We proof before production and flag any file that won't hold detail at tumbler or glass scale.
What's your typical turnaround for a 500-unit run?

7–10 business days after proof approval. Stock held in our bulk warehousing program ships in days, not weeks, because the piece is already printed. Rush timelines are possible when the production calendar allows.
Can you handle rush production for tight agency deadlines?

Often yes, depending on the queue and the run size. Tell us the deadline when you send the quote request. If we can hit it we will commit; if we can't we will tell you straight rather than miss it.
Do you offer samples before production?

Yes. Every order starts with a digital proof — real color, real placement, on the specified substrate — for your review and sign-off. For programs that require a physical sample in hand, we can run a test print on a cup you supply. Full production doesn't start until you've approved the sample.
Can you rescue a failed order from another decorator our client used?

Yes, and we do this often. Peeling screen prints, yellowing sublimation, scratch-through on powder-coat tumblers. Send photos and the original spec. We can usually quote a replacement run on the correct substrate with UV rotary and have it back in 7–10 business days.
How do reorders work? Do you keep our art files and color specs on file?
