Restaurants, Bars & Foodservice
Pt Dezign Co. decorates restaurant glassware and branded foodservice drinkware at our manufacturing facility in Jupiter, Florida: pint, pilsner, rocks, and wine glasses, water glasses, mason jars, and to-go cups, UV printed in full color or laser etched, from 50 pieces per design.
This page is for independent restaurants and bars, restaurant groups, and foodservice operators who need branded glassware that survives the commercial dishwasher and comes back matching on every reorder, at one location or across a chain.

One Facility, Both Vocabularies
Restaurant branded glassware and foodservice drinkware are two names for the same work: your logo, printed or etched onto commercial-grade glass, in quantities a single bar program can order. Hotel F&B directors tend to say hospitality drinkware. Chain operators and distributors say foodservice drinkware. Either way the glass goes through the same dish machine, so we build it the same way.
This is the restaurant and bar sub-page of our hospitality drinkware programs, which also cover hotels, resorts, casinos, stadiums, and event venues. This page goes deeper on what restaurants and foodservice operators ask us most: what we can decorate, how it holds up in a commercial kitchen, and how a rollout across locations runs.
Custom glassware for restaurants and bars, one bar program at a time: 50 pieces per design and a proof before anything runs. Custom logo glassware, branded pint glasses, and etched pour-line rocks glasses without the setup fees that make a small first run cost more than it should.
Restaurant chain drinkware under one PO: per-location counts, different logos per property against the same glass, warehoused inventory you pull from as each location reorders, and color values that hold from the first run to the tenth.
Branded foodservice drinkware for the accounts you serve, drop-shipped to the operator or staged at our facility. If you resell, our white-label and contract printing program keeps our name off the carton and the paperwork.
Substrates & Methods
Two decoration methods, one facility. UV rotary printing lays CMYK + white + clear varnish directly onto the glass at 1200 dpi and cures it with UV light in seconds. Laser engraving puts a frosted CO2 etch into the surface itself. Both run in-house, so the method gets chosen to suit the glass and the artwork, not the other way round. Not sure which fits? See our UV printing vs. laser engraving guide.
Shaker pints, tulip pints, nonic pints, pilsners. The workhorse of a bar program and the most common restaurant glassware we run. Full-color logo, artwork, or a full wrap printed directly on the glass, no labels and no transfer film.
Branded rocks glasses for cocktail and whiskey programs, UV printed or laser etched. Etched pour lines mark the fill level for the bartender without reading as a cost-control tool to the guest.
Wine glasses, flutes, and coupes for fine dining, wine bars, and tasting rooms. A frosted laser etch reads crisp on clear glass, and because the mark is the glass itself, there is nothing to wash off.
Custom drinkware for restaurants does not stop at the bar. Printed water glasses and tumblers for the table, same logo as the bar, same color values, one art file, so the dining room and the bar read as one brand.
Mason jars for cocktail programs, growlers for fill-ups, tiki mugs, and specialty barware. If it is glass or rigid plastic and fits our rotary rig, we can print it full-color with no setup fees.
Acrylic tumblers and stadium-style cups for patios, pool decks, and takeout. Untreated low-energy plastics need a prep pass or will not take UV ink at all, so we verify the exact cup on a sample before a run.

Mirror-finish or heavily textured glass is an adhesion edge case we test-print before you commit to a full run. We turn down what we cannot do well.
Built for the Dish Pit
A busy bar runs a glass through a commercial dish machine hundreds of times a year, with a 150–180°F final rinse and industrial detergent. Decoration built for a gift shelf fails there. We build ours for the dish pit and test it the way a kitchen would.

Surface prep and adhesion promoters before the print are what separate a logo that peels in a month from one that outlasts the glass. We cover what that looks like in why your decorator’s prep process matters.
Our UV inks are certified organic and food-grade, and every decorated piece that leaves our facility meets California Proposition 65 requirements. Ready for a health department audit or a corporate compliance review the first time.
A CO2 etch is the glass itself, frosted. There is no ink layer to lift, which is why etched logos and pour lines are the choice for the heaviest-use glassware in the house.

Chains & Groups
A chain rollout is a logistics job as much as a decoration job. We run it in four steps.
We proof the artwork on the exact glass, lock the Pantone values within the CMYK gamut, and keep the art file and print parameters on record. The third order matches the first.
Ship to one warehouse or twenty properties under a single purchase order. Split shipments, per-location counts, regional drop-offs. Different logos per location run against the same glass in one production window.
Store printed inventory with us and pull from stock as each location reorders. Warehoused programs ship in days instead of weeks, because the glass is already printed and waiting.
New locations, seasonal menus, and limited runs slot into the same program. A 50-piece minimum per design keeps a single-unit pilot affordable before you commit the whole group.
The vendor questions that decide whether a multi-property program succeeds are in our buyer’s guide to promotional barware for hotels and venues.
No Surprises
Minimum
Enough for a single bar program or a concept test. Multi-unit programs usually land in the hundreds to thousands per SKU, and pricing scales down with volume.
Pricing
Branded pint glasses run about $5–$8 per piece at 50 and scale down well under $3 at stadium volume. Laser engraving typically $3–$15, UV printing $5–$30, depending on the glass, the art, and the quantity. No art fees, no setup fees, no screen fees, no color-change fees. The per-piece price is the price.
Lead time
After proof approval. Rush is possible when the calendar allows. Quotes go out within 24 hours, and you approve a digital proof before anything runs.
Comparing quotes? The real cost of custom drinkware explains why setup and art fees distort the per-piece number.
